Terms and Conditions

Terms and Conditions for referral strategy only:

• The offer starts immediately.
• Marks and Spencer vouchers to the value of £250 will be sent to each company once the recommended business signs up to one of D+R’s Business Development Programmes (BDPs) at a minimum monthly rate of £995.00 + VAT and has made the first two monthly payments.
• There is no limit to the number of potential new clients that can be recommended by any company and £250 of Marks and Spencers vouchers will be available for each one that becomes a client. However, please note that D+R will not simply accept lists of company names or database contacts and that there should be a genuine relationship of some sort between the businesses involved.
• Vouchers to the value of £250 will then be sent to the business that recommended the new client and the new client themselves. No cash alternative is available.
• In the event that the new client is recommended by more than one company, the vouchers will be sent to the business that was the first to make contact with D+R.
